Сancellation policy
Booking is a preliminary reservation of a place in a hotel for a certain period of stay. Reservations can be made on various conditions, depending on the current rate for the selected room and for the period of stay. The guarantee of booking a room is a prepayment of 30% of the cost of the entire stay. The remaining part must be paid in full upon settlement. It is also possible to book rooms without prepayment. In case of cancellation of the reservation less than 7 days in advance, the prepayment of 10% of the cost of the entire reservation will not be refunded. In case of cancellation of the reservation more than 7 days inclusive, no penalty will be charged and the prepayment will be refunded in full.
